Lionel prewar standard gauge freight set no. 377W in individual OBs and set box that is dated 1937. The set contains the following; 1835E black steam loco with nickel trim and in individual box with a no. 27 12-volt lamp and original envelope for the flags, 1835W The Lionel Railway Lines tender with black and nickel plates, nickel trim and journals, 512 45N green gondola with four wooden barrels, 515 aluminum Sunoco tank car, 517 red caboose, individual OB with lockon, connecting ties and tub of lubricant, special corked glass vial of 3 in one Oil, a 66 whistle controller, inspection card, instruction booklet and original color consumer catalog for 1937. The freight cars have all nickel trim and journals. The die-cast body on the tender is solid, intact and straight. The freight set does not have much run time. The paint and trim is very bright and clean. The set is C8. The loco OB has original cardboard inserts and an original cardboard ring for the engine light. Loco and tender boxes have all flaps attached. The car boxes have most flaps attached. The set box is complete with all flaps and label is fully intact. This is high quality matched original set.
