AVT K T AIΛ A∆P ANTωNINOC C ЄB, laureate head right / Central medallion containing draped bust of Sarapis left, wearing calathus, surrounded by two zodiacal wheels, one inside the other; the inner wheel consisting of seven busts of each of seven planetary divinities flanking L H (date); the outer consisting of each of the twelve signs of the zodiac within a separate compartment. Extremely rare, RPC cites twelve examples, ten of which are in public collections, only one example in CoinArchives.
