Stoneware Shape 496. This extremely large version of this form originally made for the Bishop of Winchester in 1807. Impressed "WEDGWOOD" twice (H: 16 1/4, Dia: 16 in.) A few repaired short cracks to foot. A few small losses to "rope" decoration at top edges of base at two corners. Small loss to floral sprig on one button at shoulder. No further condition issues readily apparent or detected.
