A Victorian enamel and gilt metal pedestal cup and cover in the Renaissance style, Elkington & Co, circa 1880, inset with polished cabochons and decorated with putti, nudes and masks, the underside with applied stamped badge ‘Elkington, Department of Science & Art, VR’, and numbered below 1366 24cm high, 14.5cm diameter. The cover finial is slightly warped. Three inset cabochons missing. The cover interior lined in red velvet, the bowl interior lacking lining.
