Signed (twice), dated (exposure and print) and dedication in pencil on the reverse. Photographer's copyright stamp: "PLEASE CREDIT: Ken Heyman [...]", above this a label with further photographer's copyright stamp: "© KEN HEYMAN [...]" as well as numbered in pencil by Ken Heyman. Annotated: "Vintage" in black felt-tip pen and in pencil: "THIS PRINT USED IN 'POP ART'" and "THIS IS ONLY EXISTING PRINT OF THIS NEG. K.H.". Two numerical stamps as well as inscribed and numbered in pencil by various hands.

Ken Heymans photographs keep record of the Pop Art origins and depict the artists, their workshops and subjects. In 1965 his pictures were published in John Rublowskis book „Pop Art", the first major work on this movement.
Condition report: In very good condition. Faintly satin finish heavy paper. Blacklight tested, no fluorescence. In the lower left image area (journal) a slight bent crease mark, approx. 2,5 cm long, unobtrusive. Beside this to the left a small matte retouching, approx. 1 cm long. Lower right corner with a faint crease mark, approx. 2 cm long.

Ken Heymans Aufnahmen dokumentieren den Beginn der Pop Art und veranschaulichen die künstlerischen Verfahren sowie die Persönlichkeiten der jungen Künstler. Seine Photographien wurden 1965 in John Rublowskis „Pop Art“ veröffentlicht, dem ersten Buch, das zur Pop Art Bewegung erschienen ist.
Zustandsbericht: In sehr gutem Zustand. Schwach seidenmattes festes Papier. Unter UV-Licht keine Aufheller. Im unteren linken Bildbereich (Zeitschrift) leichte gebogene Knickspur, ca. 2,5 cm lang, unauffällig. Links daneben kleine matte Retusche, ca. 1 cm lang. Untere rechte Ecke mit schwacher Knickspur, ca. 2 cm lang.
