Oil on Copper Portrait Painting Style of da Vinci

Oil on copper portrait painting depicting a woman writing in a book looking out towards the viewer. In the style of Italian Renaissance masters such as Leonardo da Vinci. Sight; height: 18 1/4 in x width: 14 1/2 in. Framed; height: 21 3/4 in x width: 18 in. /> Condition:  The colors are bold and deep. There is craquelure throughout. Along the extreme edges there losses and areas where the work has rubbed against the frame; not visible when framed. Possible areas in inpainting along the hands; due to a thick varnish it is difficult to discern absolutely. The varnish has yellowed somewhat. Light wear to the frame.
