Ø17mm, ring size 53, approx. 5.2g, 18K white gold, ring head approx. 12mm wide, set with a beautiful heart-shaped aquamarine faceted on both sides, approx. 2.8ct, surrounded by numerous small brilliant-cut diamonds as well as 2 drop diamonds, ring shoulders also set with brilliant-cut diamonds, estimated diamond weight approx. 0.6ct, fine, very elaborate goldsmith's work in very beautiful condition.
