De Vil wore her pheasant feather dress as she discussed her dalmatian pelt coat with Jean-Piere Le Pelt (Gerard Depardieu). This lot consists of a tiger print shimmer tulle long train dress; matching print gloves with black acrylic nails; matching print heels marked "Glenn Close"; and one production tag labeled "Cruella #13." This dress features a black and gold-color ribbon tulle petticoat, a pheasant and black feather trim, and a black feather collar. The feathers are secured to the dress with metal beads and wiring.
