AN ACHAEMENID SILVER RAM-HEADED BRACELET
Ancient Persia, c. 5th to 4th century B.C. The large open-ended bracelet with ram head terminals, crafted from silver alloy, the head is attached to the hoop of the bracelet with plain and beaded wires.
Condition:
Good condition with expected age-related wear, few minor nicks and small dents.

Ex-Collection of The Zelnik Istvan Southeast Asian Gold Museum. Institutional art collection in Belgium, acquired from the above. Dr. Istvan Zelnik, President of the Hungarian South and Southeast Asian Research Institute, is a former high-ranking Hungarian diplomat who spent several decades in Southeast Asia, building the largest known private collection of Asian art in Europe.
