Tied for second finest of the type on either the NGC or PCGS population reports, only one finer (NGC MS 63). This attractive and wholesome fractional Tien offers bold design features, lustrous surfaces and good metal quality. Light delicate gray patina with areas of argent coloration amongst the devices adds to its pleasing appearance. Clearly given great care, this handsome survivor has much to offer collectors seeking tough to locate issues in high grade.
