Adolf Hitler Formal Pattern Dinner Knife Silverware


Adolf Hitler formal pattern dinner knife. These pieces were specifically made for the residences of Adolf Hitler and made by the Bruckmann firm of Heilbronn. The Bruckmann flatware was produced in two pattern types, the formal and informal.This example is the \"Formal\" pattern which displays a detailed, raised-out, closed-winged Party eagle with swastika, and has the Führer\'s monogram, \"A\" and \"H\" positioned to the left and right respectively on each side of the wreath. Additionally the handle is bordered with an attractive design known as \"Greek Key\". It measures around 10 inches in length. Used for formal lunches and dinners at The Eagle’s Nest, the Berghof, the Reich Chancellery, and was also found at the Brown House in Munich. Each piece has all the proper hallmarks (see photos) and made of .800 silver.
