A silver (925) gilt and white navette-shaped incense burner on an oval pedestal, with applied decoration of flowers and grapevines and the CASTILLA y LEON coat of arms.
Double handles in the form of coiled snakes.
Openwork lid, with the grip adorned with a pair of birds on leaves.
White silver (925) lining.
Goldsmith's hallmark: Jesus YANES.
Numbered 51/249.
Total weight : 2.514 g - 25 x 29 x 17 cm.
Some oxidation.
Contemporary copy of the perfume burner supplied by the MARTINEZ royal factory in 1815, and currently in the goldsmith's collections of the Royal Palace in Madrid.
