Lionel Prewar Std. Ga. Sears Promo Freight Set 5180/Lionel 354E LIKE NEW Boxed

Lionel prewar standard gauge Sears promotional freight set no. 5180 with a Lionel outfit no. 354E circa 1930 in individual boxes and set box. The set contains the following; 10E peacock electric loco with scarce dark green frame, red lettered brass plates, brass and nickel trim and orange stripe, 511 dark green flatcar with wood load, 512 peacock gondola, 513 orange cattle car with pea green roof and door guides, 514 cream boxcar with orange door guides and roof, a 517 green caboose with orange window inserts and red roof and an 81 rheostat. Also included with the set are the Sears Roebuck receipts, shipping paperwork, instruction sheet, inspection card and envelope with flags. The freight cars have brass trim and nickel journals. The loco has been rewheeled. This is very high quality matched original set, C8-9. The loco OB has an original cardboard tray insert. The individual OBs have most flaps attached. The set box has a label with the Sears 5180 number on it as well as both Lionel labels. The side label is numbered 354E. The box lid is marked PEACOCK under the side label. The set box is complete. This is one of the finest examples of this set that we have ever sold.
