Paint layer appears to be stable with surface impasto well preserved. Under UV light there are three areas of restoration in the lower left corner which may cover old tears. Some much smaller scattered spots in the centre of the image and to the right hand side. These are all well executed and not visible to the naked eye. The picture has been cleaned and revarnished.
