A very fine Irish rosewood Davenport, by William & Gibton, stamped and numbered 4596, the slope top with a three quarter gallery pulling forward on a slide opening to reveal two mock and two interior drawers on a fine panelled pedestal with corbel headed pilasters, four graduating long drawers and paper slide, and similar on opposite sides, on turned legs with castors, approx. 90cms x 54cms (25 1/2" x 21").
