Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528) Four woodcuts, from "The Small Passion" Woodcuts, circa 1509-1511, three from the Latin text edition, each sheet approx. 195 x 140 mm (7 3/4 x 5 1/2 in), wide margins, marginal nicks and losses, some spotting, abrasive cleaning appears to have stripped the ink in places creating slightly ghostly irregular impressions (unframed) Literature: Barstch 19, 22, 24 & 48; S.M.S. 189, 191, 194 & 214 ⁂ Including: "The last supper with Christ sitting in the centre, embracing John"; "Jesus Christ taking leave from his mother"; "Annunciation", and "Christ at Emmaus".
