Π Κ ΑΤΤΑΛΟC [...] APXIЄPATЄ[...]N AN ЄΘΗ Men draped standing to left, wearing Phrygian cap, crescent behind his shoulders, the left foot on bucranium at ground to right, holding long scepter with crescent in the right hand and pine-cone and drapery on the left hand.
