An 18th century sampler by Hannah Decleve, dated 1767 "A Diligent Scholar's an Ornament To a School" with intricate floral tapestry design. 42 x 34 cm, together with a second sampler dated 1840 by Susannah Moore aged 11 years. 29 x 30 cm (2). (see illustration).
